The first production lines were built on rented production areas at the company’s headquarters in Kiev.
In 2005, the relocation of the entire facility to our own future-oriented production facility began with a first construction phase of 500 m² in the town of Talne. Important considerations in favour of the new location were the excellent labour force situation and the good transport links.
In 2010, the production area was expanded by 1000 m² in order to cope with the further growth of the company.
Today Vlad+ employs more than 70 people in Talne and has its own modern production area of 1500 m² and storage areas of 640 m², including a 420 m² bonded warehouse.
The production of electronic and electromechanical components takes place on our own machines and on third-party equipment. Vlad+ has its own injection moulding machines, cable assembly systems, soldering workstations and quality control equipment. Tools can be manufactured, maintained and repaired in cooperation with partners.
The existing production capacities and the experienced personnel offer excellent conditions for the production of test and small series as well as for large series production.
The competitive conditions in Ukraine and the excellent labour force situation at the Talne location are particularly attractive for manufacturing processes with a high proportion of manual processes.
